This morning I woke up to the sound of rain hitting my window. I don't mind rain and I especially enjoy it when I can roll over and go back to sleep. However, when it's time to get up and commute to work- rain is a commuters worst enemy.
I couldn't find my umbrella, so I grabbed a sweatshirt and braved the rain. When I got to the bottom of my building, I realized that I was going to need an umbrella. I darted into the convenient store across the street and to my surprise the song "It's Raining Men" was blaring. I kinda giggled, purchased my new umbrella, and was on my way to work.
As I splashed in the puddles in a hurry to get to work, I wondered just how many of us really wished that it did rain men!
