1. Continue to drink 8, 8 oz. glasses of water a day. (5 weeks complete)
2. Continue to not have a drop of coffee. (5 weeks complete)
3. Continue to walk home from work. (3 weeks complete)
4. Not eating out this week. (week 1)
5. Additional workout M,W,F in prep for Vietnam on Saturday! (week 1)

2. PACK!
3. Hair cut
4. Print out important documents
