The Buddhist Temple stay was exactly what the doctor ordered, and I feel 100 times better than I did last week.

I've been up since 3:30 am since we had our pre-dawn prayer service and meditation this morning and lasted through a 4 hour bus ride back to Seoul, the point, I'm going to bed- however expect a long update with plenty of pictures tomorrow!
